Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value your time as well as my own. To ensure fairness to all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, the following cancellation policy is in place: 72+ Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your scheduled service fee will be charged, and your deposit will be retained. Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee, and your deposit will be retained. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to move your appointment earlier or later and it’s still within the allowed cancellation window, your deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment total.
